Our dorm houses 174 students of various nationalities and academic disciplines. It is located halfway between the city centre and the university hospital in a residential area, and is a 10 min walk from the RWTH main building.

Bus lines 12/22/23 connect our dorm at bus stop “Am Weißenberg” with Campus Melaten and Stolberg, and line 13 at stop “Turmstraße” goes to the main train station or the RWTH main building.

The residences are exclusively apartments of about 17 square meters, partially furnished, with kitchenette and bathroom. Our dorm also provides one shared apartment with 3 rooms (13, 19 and 32 square meters), each room partially furnished, with kitchen, bathroom and guest bathroom. The monthly rent for an apartment is currently 247€ including all utilities. The monthly rent for one of the shared apartments room is currently 202€ – 302€ including all utilities. Cable and Internet access (the latter by surcharge) are available. We also have a bar, a community room, a gym, a workshop, bicycle storage, a parking lot (secured by barrier), barbecue area and a laundry room. The nearest bus stop is about 60m away.

You can be a resident here for up to a maximum of 3 years and 6 months with a cancelation period of 8 weeks.

Together, the residents of our dorm form a community. When you move in, you become a part of it. We have barbecues quite often in the backyard of our house and meet every Monday evening in the house bar, “Triangel”. We encourage every newcomer to join us in one of those activities.
